What is a personalized supplement?
A personalized supplement is a custom-made nutritional product that uses your health data to create a personalized formulation specifically for you. It aims to fill any nutritional gaps and support your unique health goals by providing the exact vitamins and minerals you need. This tailored approach ensures the greatest effectiveness in addressing deficiencies and achieving personal health objectives.
Why should I take a personalized supplement?
You don't go over your recommended Daily Value (DV). Low-quality supplements can contain additives that block your body from absorbing the active ingredient that you need. Common multivitamins don't have 100% of your DV. But here, they come with USP and NSF seals of approval, indicating they meet strict quality standards, and they feature a bespoke blend of chemicals, herbs, amino acids, omegas, and other components for optimal health.
Why should I take multivitamin and minerals?
In today’s stressful world, nutrient depletion is common, and since the body expels excess water-soluble vitamins, it’s beneficial to maintain a slight surplus to prevent health issues. Therefore, it’s wise to avoid unnecessary health problems due to their depletion by retaining a small surplus in our systems, rather than risk deficiency that can lead to illness, impeded healing, or retarded growth or development. Furthermore, they can support healthy metabolism, promote immune system health, maintain cell membranes and structure, produce red blood cells, promote healthy hair, skin and nails, promote healthy joints and mucous membranes, improve night vision, and promote hormone production. If you have been slightly deficient in nutrients, then your levels of certain enzyme systems in cells are likely depressed and require rebuilding; this is only possible with an abundance of nutrients necessary to support this healing. However, vitamins should complement, not replace, a healthy diet, filling any nutritional shortfalls.
Why can’t I just buy an over-the-counter multivitamin?
Personalized supplements are superior to over-the-counter multivitamins because they are customized for an individual’s unique nutritional needs, considering factors like age, sex, weight, diet, and lifestyle. They provide the right nutrients in the correct amounts and forms for your body, often with higher-quality ingredients. Over-the-counter options may contain excessive or harmful additives, including heavy metals or even expired powders! Even if we don’t notice deficiency symptoms, lacking essential vitamins and minerals can lead to long-term health issues, such as osteoporosis. Therefore, it’s important to address nutritional gaps proactively for overall well-being.
Who can use Personage products?
Our personalized Packages are intended for use for individuals over the age of 18. However, teenagers/children can also use other prepared products or individual pills with the advice of their doctor.
Which supplements can I take if I'm pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding?
There are certain vitamins and minerals that are crucial for healthy development of the fetus. These include iron, folate, vitamin D, and vitamin B12. We strongly recommend discussing your supplements and assessment results with your doctor or healthcare professional. Reach out to us if either of these changes occur once already on the program as your supplements will need to be adjusted to reflect your new nutritional needs.
Should I Share the insights with my doctor?
We advise you share information about anything that you are ingesting with your healthcare professional.

Check your email and click on the link we sent you. You will automatically go to the checkout page and receive the order afterwards.
Can I change my healthcare professional order?
No, patients do not the access to add or remove items. Should there be a necessity to alter the formula, they should reach out to you for guidance. If you need to modify your formula, contact your healthcare professional before purchasing.

How do I get started?
We recommend that every customer begins by taking our Health Questionnaire. All you have to do is answer a few questions about your diet and lifestyle, and schedule a call with our nutritionist. If you already know what supplements you’d like to take, you can browse our products and purchase all you need. You can also talk to your healthcare professional (like your GP or nutritionist) to CREATE PRO ACCOUNT and create a specialized formula with the information they already know about you.
How do I take my supplements?
All of our supplements are available as capsules and powders. Adhere to the recommended daily dosage of capsules, which you may choose to distribute throughout the day. It’s advisable to take the capsules with food instead of on an empty stomach. For powdered supplements, blend them into your favorite workout shakes or drinks. Utilize the included scoop to measure your daily amount, and for optimal flavor, consume promptly after mixing.
When should I take my supplements?
All products are formulated for maximum absorption and can be safely taken simultaneously. It’s recommended to take them in the morning, ideally after breakfast, to ensure consistent nutritional support and minimize stomach discomfort. While you can adjust the timing to fit your schedule, it’s important to adhere to any specific instructions provided by your healthcare professional regarding when and how often to take your supplements.
How do I eat my daily servings regularly?
To help remember taking your supplements, it’s suggested to set a daily reminder on your smartphone, such as using the Reminders app on an iPhone. Additionally, placing your supplement package next to daily-use items like your coffee machine, toothbrush, or work desk can serve as a visual cue. Also, try finding an accountability partner to take your supplements with!
What if I forget to take my vitamins at the right time?
Research indicates that people are more likely to forget their vitamins when they have to manage multiple bottles daily, but you're not! This inconsistency can affect both nutrient intake and absorption. You have only one bottle to open and one-type capsule to eat. If you miss a dose, it’s fine to take it with your next meal or snack. Missed a day? Just resume the next day. Plus, if needed, your subscription can be paused to prevent an accumulation of packets - Just email us.
How many months do I need to get of my supplements?
Experience shows that individuals typically start to see health improvements within a 3-month period after initiating a new supplement regimen. Therefore, our products are distributed in 90-day batches, offering an economical solution that affords your body the necessary time to adapt and address any nutritional gaps.
How many packs do I receive?
Great question! Each box comes with a 3-month supply of pills or powder, plus a 1-month bottle for easy monthly refills. Of course, brochures and product information will also be sent. Pills are easy-to-swallow and contain all the ingredients you have ordered. You should take the pills daily as shown in your shopping cart on a daily basis or as instructed on the bottle. The same applies to the powders. For yearly subscribers, a new box will be prepared and sent before the end of each 3-month period to ensure continuity. If you’re not on a yearly plan, you’ll need to place a new order as needed.
I’ve started taking my supplements and I noticed my urine is yellow, why is that?
The yellow in your pee is a little bit of vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and antioxidants (herb's pigments) gradually being released.
One of the products I received is hard or clumping together, is it still okay to use?
Indeed, it’s common for pure powder supplements to clump or harden. This doesn’t indicate any damage or spoilage; it simply makes handling the product a bit more challenging. Additionally, the appearance, scent, or flavor of some products might vary based on their natural sources, such as roots or flowers, from which they are derived.
How soon will I start to see results?
The onset of effects from each capsule can begin within 2-5 days, depending on individual genetics and metabolism. However, the full benefits are typically felt after a “loading phase” of 20 days to 3 months of consistent use. It’s important to stick with the personalized plan for at least three months to see results. During this phase, further testing will help learn more about your body’s unique responses and monitor health changes over time. Achieving long-term health is a gradual process that requires dedication and effort.
How should I store my supplements?
It’s best to keep your vitamins in a location that’s both cool and dry. To maintain their freshness, make sure the pouch remains sealed against moisture and is not exposed to direct sunlight. A helpful tip: place your vitamins somewhere that will remind you to take them regularly, such as on your desk or in your gym locker!
When is the expiration date?
When you purchase supplements from Personage we guarantee 6 months from time of purchase, as we update our inventory every 6 months and send our packages every 3 months. However the average is about 2-5 years.
How do I know the products are of the best quality?

All products are made in the USA. What countries do you source your raw materials from?
Our raw materials are sourced globally from reputable manufacturers approved and inspected by the FDA, including countries like the USA, Canada, China, Korea, Japan, India, and Germany. While we import most of our raw materials, our products are packaged in the USA, allowing us to label them as “Made in the USA.” The reality is that domestic manufacturing is limited, and like other US companies, we obtain certain items like protein powders, botanical extracts, and few other ingredients from within the country. With that said, our raw material tests include ICP-MS heavy metal test (Hg, As, Pb, Cd), FTIR purity test, UV-Vis potency test, Titration potency test, Microbiology contamination test, Loss on drying, pH, density and particle size.
What about my other supplements?
Your Personalized Personage Package will cover all the bases. Our supplements are of higher quality and absorb better than most on the market so they will provide enhanced support over what you are taking now. Therefore, we suggest you stop taking your other vitamins when you start taking ours. However you should take your medical pills and consult your doctor about their interactions.
Are there any long-term side effects?
In clinical trials, none of the ingredients we include in our package show long-term side effects.
Is there a way to retake the entire quiz or adjust my answers?
Absolutely! We’ve got your back. Simply log into your account on the website then retake the Survey to receive updated recommendations based upon your current goals. Or send us the correct info and we can make any necessary changes.

Orders & Subscriptions
How can I get started with my subscription?
Personage offers a 3- and 12-month subscriptions. Start your subscription today with the option to cancel anytime. Or, get to know us by exploring our site, then take our quiz so we can get to know you! No commitment needed, you can decide to opt in for a 3-month plan, and if you love the difference you’re feeling, you are very welcomed to have a 12-month subscription. A yearly subscription includes 10% discount on our package price.
How does the subscription work?
Duration> Personage subscriptions are initially set for a 3-month period and will automatically renew for another 3 months unless you choose to cancel.
Payment Schedule> Despite all products being available for a 3-month usage and dispatched simultaneously, the payment is processed on a monthly basis.
Order Management> After the initial 3 months, you’ll have the option to edit or extend your previous order or opt to cancel the subscription. Please note that you have a 14-day window prior to the commencement of the new subscription period to make changes of any kind or cancel your subscription.

Do you offer a family plan?
Yes, we even provide the Personalized Personage Package for your family! You can create packs for each member of your family under the same account.
Can I view my past orders?
You can view your order history when you are logged into your account. Click on “Account” at the top of the page and then on the “Order History” tab to view your past orders.
What if I want to add/remove a product to my order after it has already been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to add, remove, substitute, or change any items in an order once it has been placed in the system. However, we may cancel the order upon request and issue a refund within 24 hours after the payment (which will take about 1-3 business days to process and appear on your statement). Once this is done, you can place a new order with any desired changes. Shipping time is dependent on when this new order is placed and adjust accordingly.
How can I cancel an order?
You have the option to delay or cancel future orders. However due to the complexity of our fulfillment operations, once we start working on an order, we can cancel or stop the order from processing within 24 hours of receiving it. To cancel an order, submit a cancellation request via Email <cs@personage.com> within 24 hours from the invoice date.
Account Information
Do I need an account to order?
Nope! But you will need one to manage your subscription after placing your first order. It’s super quick, and makes pausing, resuming, or canceling your orders that much easier.
I forgot which email I used to sign up.
If you forgot which email is associated with your account, contact us at cs@personage.com and let us know the name, phone number and shipping address associated with your account. We'll be happy to help you log in and start managing your account!
I forgot my password!
It happens to all of us! You can use the “Forgot Your Password?” icon on our login page to reset your password. You will receive a link in your inbox to update your password. Make sure to check your spam folder as sometimes the password reset email will end up there.
Is my data safe?
Keeping our customers' data safe is of utmost importance to us. We never share any of your personal identifying information with anyone, EVER. We guarantee that we will not sell or pass your data to any third party outside of Personage in the normal course of business, unless that third party requires the data to provide you with your order for delivery, or if required to do so by law. We store your data on our secure servers and customers can request a data update, a copy of their information, and that their account or data is deleted permanently, in line with the 2018 General Data Protection Regulation.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on your address. At checkout, you will be asked to enter the delivery address and then the shipping cost will be displayed.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all USPS-verified addresses. But stay tuned! Make sure to follow us on social media to learn when we start shipping to your corner of the world!
How soon will my order arrive?
Orders will be shipped same-day whenever possible. Products are shipped from our headquarters in the Southern California. Free Ground and Fixed Rate Shipping can take up to 5-7 Business days for delivery depending on the shipping destination of your order. Signature may or may not be required depending on destination.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number. If your order was placed as a registered customer, you may login to your account to review orders and tracking information. Notification will be sent from personage.com to the email address on your account with the subject line “Your order is confirmed.”
Can I change the shipping date?
Yes you can! To delay an order, simply send an email to cs@personage.com with the order code and the new date for your subscription renewal. Clearly, you cannot delay an order that has already been processed for your account.
Can I update my shipping address and phone number?
Yes! On your “Account” page, click on the “Address Book” on the right and update your information. If an order has already processed, this change will affect your next order. Keep in mind that if you change the address within 24 hours after the purchase, be sure to inform us by email, otherwise the package will be sent to the previous address.
Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes; as long as you provide a valid address, we can ship it!
What if I have errors in Address/Phone Number?
Once an order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. The company isn’t liable for any delays, fees, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. However, we work directly with our shipping providers to help resolve address issues where possible, no refund or replacement can be offered if an order is rejected, lost, or destroyed due to such errors. If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will bear the return shipping costs, and a refund will be issued as per the Returns & Refunds policy.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time, but we hope to in the future! If you need it sooner, please email cs@personage.com and we will do our best to get your order to you sooner.
Payment
When am I charged for my orders?
The charge to your credit card will be applied as soon as your order is processed, either on a monthly schedule or when your subscription renewal takes place.
How does pricing work?
For impersonalized products, the quantities on the site reflect what's included in a daily dosage, and prices are the price per month. This minimum of 3-month subscription of impersonalized products doesn't include any subscription fees.
Personalized product prices vary based on ingredients and subscription duration, with options for 3 or 12 months subscriptions. Prices are tailored to individual needs, starting from $40 per month.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Diners Club. If you experience difficulties using your credit or debit card to make a purchase, please first contact your bank to ensure that there are no errors. In most circumstances this will resolve your problem.
Is my credit card information kept secure?
The security of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. We work with industry-leading partners to ensure the security of your credit card. We always utilize leading encryption technologies on all credit card information.
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your billing information at any time by logging into your Account, using the email you signed up with. Once you’ve placed your new orders, edit or delete your payment cards. Please note that if you purchased products with a PayPal account, we are unable to delete the card and you will need to contact PayPal to cancel your billing agreement.
Returns & Refunds
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
We think you’ll love your new balance with Personage! You are dealing with a 32-year-old committed, reputable and trustworthy company. However, if you feel that something is not right with your order, contact us at cs@personage.com and we’ll do our best to rectify the issue.
What is your Returns Policy?
If you request a refund before/after your impersonalized products have been shipped (within 30 days) or your personalized package has been made (within 24 hours) we can issue a 100% refund to your card minus a shipping fee. Any applied discount codes are not refundable.
How should I return my impersonalized products?
To return an impersonalized products, it must be in its original, unopened packaging. Opened items will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return, and feel free to add a note with any instructions or feedback. To initiate a return, email cs@personage.com with your invoice number and details of the items you’re returning.
My state has some Restricted Items, what should I do?
Import regulations may restrict the availability of some products for shipping to certain states. The company apologizes for any inconvenience and strives to keep shipping restrictions current, but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy due to frequent changes in regulations. Customers are advised to consult local authorities for the latest information on import rules. Feedback is encouraged, especially if customers identify products that should be restricted or permitted based on local policies, which the company will promptly review and adjust shipping rules as necessary. It’s important to be aware of your area’s import laws or any needed permits or prescriptions to avoid any issues with your order. Personage is not liable for products that are restricted or require special authorization in your region. Orders not received due to these reasons will not be refunded.
Rewards, Referrals & Gifts
How can I send someone a gift card?
At this time, all Personage Gift Cards are digital. Head over to our Gift Card page where you can purchase a gift card. You do not need to create an account to send a gift card, and your recipient will not need an account in order to redeem a gift card; so feel free to spread this super healthy gift far and wide. Gift cards will be sent via email either at the time of purchase or a date in the future, such as a holiday or birthday. If you would like to schedule the send, simply select the date you would like your card to be received and it will be sent on the morning of via email between 9 and 12 AM.
How can I redeem my gift card?
Enter your gift card code at checkout under Billing (Please note that we will need to collect your billing information as we are a 3-month subscription). If you have money left over on your gift card after placing your first order, it will be automatically applied to the next order. Our gift cards expire after a year.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we do! You can log in to your account at on our website/app to find a link made just for you that you can share with friends, or by visiting the Invite Friends page in our app. The person you’re referring will be taken to a special page where they can see your unique referral code, and when they use it at checkout they’ll receive 30% off their first month. When a friend uses your code to make a purchase, you’ll receive more points. An email will be sent to you when they checkout with confirmation.
I received a Personage Referral code. How do I redeem it?
You can use the code you received by putting it into the promo code box at checkout, and you will receive your discount.
My friend ordered from Personage and forgot to use my referral code. Can I still earn credit for their referral?
Shoot us an email to cs@personage.com with the name and email address of the person who placed the order. Once we have that info, we'll be able to get this all sorted out and make sure you're getting your referral points!
