What is a personalized supplement?

Why should I take a personalized supplement?

Who can use Personage products?

Our personalized Packages are intended for use for individuals over the age of 18. However, you can use other prepared products or individual pills with the advice of your child's doctor.

Why should I take multivitamin and minerals?

The world has become an increasingly stressful environment that causes the depletion of nutrients in most people’s bodies. Also, the body easily rids itself of small surpluses of water-soluble vitamins. Therefore, it’s wise to avoid unnecessary health problems due to their depletion by retaining a small surplus in our systems, rather than risk deficiency that can lead to illness, impeded healing, or retarded growth or development. Furthermore, they can support healthy metabolism, promote immune system health, maintain cell membranes and structure, produce red blood cells, promote healthy hair, skin and nails, promote healthy joints and mucous membranes, improve night vision, and promote hormone production. If you have been slightly deficient in nutrients, then your levels of certain enzyme systems in cells are likely depressed and require rebuilding; this is only possible with an abundance of nutrients necessary to support this healing. It is important to note that taking vitamins should not replace a healthy diet. Vitamins are meant to supplement your diet and help fill in any nutritional gaps that may exist.

Why can’t I just buy an over-the-counter multivitamin?

Over-the-counter multivitamins are designed to be a one-size-fits-all solution, but everyone’s nutritional needs are different. Personalized supplements are definitely better than over-the-counter multivitamins because they are tailored to your specific needs. Personalized supplements take into account your age, sex, weight, diet, lifestyle, and other factors to create a supplement that is tailored to your specific needs. This means that you get the nutrients that you need in the right amounts and in the right form for your body. In addition, personalized supplements are often made with higher-quality ingredients than over-the-counter multivitamins. Many of the supplements on the market today far exceed recommended nutrient dosages, and consist of unnecessary and potentially harmful ingredients, such as heavy metals. Most of us lack vitamins and minerals; although we may not note symptoms of nutritional deficiencies or may feel okay without knowing of harm to our bodies, like loss of bone density that may one day become osteoporosis. Which supplements can I take if I'm pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding?

There are certain vitamins and minerals that are crucial for healthy development of the fetus. These include iron, folate, vitamin D, and vitamin B12. We strongly recommend discussing your supplements and assessment results with your doctor or healthcare professional. When should I take my supplements?

All of our products are created with optimal absorption and are safe to be taken together: Start by taking them in the morning. We suggest taking our supplements right before your breakfast because they are designed to work with food, allows for even nutritional support throughout the day, and helps prevent stomach upset for those sensitive to supplements. Ultimately, it’s up to you, and you should do what works best for your routine. (These pills can be taken with or without food. The effects are strongest when taken on an empty stomach, but for those with sensitivities, try taking after your breakfast.)

How do I set reminders to take my daily packets?

We recommend setting a reminder on your smartphone. If you have an iPhone, tap the Reminders app, and you can set a daily reminder in the morning. In addition, we suggest you place your package next to something you use every day, like a coffee machine or tooth brush. Also, try finding an accountability partner to take your supplements with!

What if I forget to take my vitamins at the right time?

Studies have shown that compared to using daily vitamin packs, individuals who need to open and close numerous bottles one to two times per day are more likely to forget to take all of their vitamins. An inconsistent routine can not only disrupt your nutritional intake but also negatively impact your body’s absorption of nutrients. That’s why we use daily packets instead of bottles. You can even bring your vitamins with you on the go, whether to your desk or on your nightstand.

Still, if you forget to take them at breakfast, you can take with lunch or an afternoon snack. If you miss a whole day, that's okay - start again the next day. And if you get behind, we can also pause your subscription so they don’t pile up.

How many packs do I receive?

Great question! Each box comes with 30 packets, meant to be easily taken once a day. Each packet contains 2-8 easy-to-swallow pills that each is concentrated and has a specific purpose. Once you're near the end of a month, we'll be preparing a new box to arrive before your month ends.

Why are the contents or doses of each daily packets different?

Certain products are split up into multiple doses to ensure all of the amazing nutrients are included and they aren't too large for your intake. Our pharmacist and nutrition experts will adjust the variety of these doses and elements for you. Leave it to us!

I’ve started taking my subscription and I noticed my urine is yellow, why is that?

No need to worry! The yellow in your pee is a little bit of vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and antioxidants (herb's pigments) gradually being released.

How soon will I start to see results?

Depending on your genetics and metabolism, the effects can be started in as little as 20 minutes after taking each capsule; but you will be able to feel the results between 20 days and 3 months of consecutive use to appear in full which is called a "loading phase". Stay with your personalized program for at least three months and the benefits will come. During your loading phase, we’ll test and learn about your unique body more. Re-testing allows you to understand and monitor the changes to your health overtime. Long-lasting health doesn't come overnight and we both, need to work for it hard.

How do I know the products are of the best quality?

What about my other supplements?

Your Personalized Personage Package will cover all the bases. Our supplements are of higher quality and absorb better than most on the market so they will provide enhanced support over what you are taking now. Therefore, we suggest you stop taking your other vitamins when you start taking ours.

Are there any long-term side effects?

In clinical trials, none of the ingredients we include in our package show long-term side effects.

Is there a way to retake the entire quiz or adjust my answers?

Absolutely! We’ve got your back. Simply log into your account on the website then retake the Survey to receive updated recommendations based upon your current goals. Or send us the correct info and we can make any necessary changes.

How can I get started with my subscription?

Start your subscription today with the option to cancel anytime. Or, get to know us by exploring our site, then take our personalized products survey so we can get to know you! No commitment needed, you can decide to opt in for a 3-month plan, and if you love the difference you’re feeling, you can extend your subscription.

How does my subscription work?

Personage provides a monthly subscription of personalized and impersonalized products with no subscription fees, therefore, you will never pay more than your pills. However, Personage is a subscription service that sends your formula automatically to you either every 3 (Essential Plan), 6 (Enhanced Plan) or 12 (Optimized Plan) months depending on which option you select. You will be billed for your formula on a monthly basis.

Do you offer a family plan?

Yes, we even provide the Personalized Personage Package for your pets! You can create packs and accounts for each member of your family under the same account.

Can I view my past orders?

Yes. Click on the “My Account” option on our menu. Log in using your email address and password. You’ll then be able to view your order history.

How do I change the ingredients in my plan?

Login to your account and navigate to “My Plan”. Use the toggles to modify any existing ingredients in your current plan. To select new or additional ingredients to add to your plan, use the “Add More +” option. Click “Update Subscription” to confirm your modified plan. Any changes will take effect starting with your next month’s shipment.

How do I pause, resume, delay, or cancel my subscription?

You can easily pause or resume your subscription by logging in and head to My Plan > Settings > Manage Subscription. After you have change your subscription status, you will receive a confirmation email.

How can I cancel an order?

You always have the option to delay or cancel future orders. Due to the complexity of our fulfillment operations, once we start working on an order, we can cancel or stop the order from processing within 24 hours of receiving it.

Account Information

Do I need an account to sign up?

Nope! But you will need one to manage your subscription after placing your first order. It’s super quick, and makes pausing, resuming, or canceling your subscription that much easier. Our website will not create an account until you've checked out and placed your order. After payment is accepted, you'll be prompted to create a password, which will create your account and finish setting up your account.

Can I change the email address on my account?

Yes! On your account page, click Account details and you can update your email address.

I forgot which email I used to sign up.

If you forgot which email is associated with your account, contact us at cs@personage.com and let us know the name, phone number and shipping address associated with your account. We'll be happy to help you log in and start managing your account!

I forgot my password!

It happens to all of us! You can use the “Forgot Password?” feature on our login page to reset your password. You will receive a link in your inbox to update your password. Make sure to check your spam folder as sometimes the password reset email will end up there. To change your password, head to Personal Details on your web or app account.

Keeping our customers' data safe is of utmost importance to us. We never share any of your personal identifying information with anyone, EVER. We guarantee that we will not sell or pass your data to any third party outside of Sequence Nutrition Limited in the normal course of business, unless that third party requires the data to provide you with your order for delivery, or if required to do so by law. We store your data on our secure servers and customers can request a data update, a copy of their information, and that their account or data is deleted permanently, in line with the 2018 General Data Protection Regulation.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free unless otherwise specified.

How soon will my order arrive?

Orders will be shipped same-day whenever possible. Products are shipped from our headquarters in the Southern California, via First Class Mail through the USPS, and takes about 2-5 business days to arrive after being processed by the courier.

How do I process an order early?

You can process your next renewal order early right in your account! All you have to do is go to Your Plan Details. Click Edit Delivery and select the earliest possible delivery date. By doing so, you will be charged immediately and a new order will begin processing. You'll receive an email with tracking in the next few days when it reaches your local sorting facility.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details are automatically sent once the order has been processed by the courier. You also will receive a tracking link in the confirmation of dispatch email. Notification will be sent from cs@personage.com to the email address on your account with the subject line “Your order is on its way.” You can see the estimated delivery date and processing status for your current renewal under Orders on the website or the app.

Can I change the ship date?

Yes you can! To delay a renewal order, simply go to Your Plan Details on the website or app. Click Edit Delivery and choose the specific delivery date you have in mind for your next renewal order. Or send an email to cs@personage.com with the new date for your subscription renewal. Clearly, you cannot delay an order that has already been processed for your account.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes you can! Log in to your account and head over to Account Settings to update your address. If an order has already processed, this change will affect your next order.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time, but we hope to in the future! If you need it sooner, please email cs@personage.com and we will do our best to get your order to you sooner.

Payment & Returns

When am I charged for the supplements I ordered?

Your credit card is charged once your order has been processed or subscription renews.

How does pricing work?

For impersonalized products, the quantities on the site reflect what's included in a daily pack, and prices on the product pages are the price per month! This monthly subscription of impersonalized products doesn't include any subscription fees.

For personalized products, pricing differs by length of subscription. We offer 3 levels of subscription, because some people want a foundational plan and some want it all. Your assessment will include a subscription recommendation to help guide you. The three levels are Essential (a 3-month subscription), Enhanced (a 6-month subscription), and Optimized (a 12-month subscription). When you get your assessment, you will see your own personalized version of each. Pricing within each level ranges depending on individual needs – starting at $55/month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are happy to accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Is shipping included?

Shipping is free for all orders within California. For international orders, your shipping fee will be calculated once your delivery information has been entered during the checkout process.

Are taxes and duties included?

All taxes are included in the monthly cost shown in the checkout process. International orders may be subject to duties or custom charges upon delivery.

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your billing information at any time by logging into the My Account section, using the email you signed up with. Once you’ve logged in, hover over your name and click 'Payment methods’ to add, edit or delete your payment cards.

Please note that if you purchased products with a PayPal account, we are unable to delete the card and you will need to contact PayPal to cancel your billing agreement.

Is my credit card information kept secure?

The security of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. We work with industry-leading partners to ensure the security of your credit card. We always utilize leading encryption technologies on all credit card information.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

We think you’ll love your new balance with Personage! However, if you feel that something is not right with your order, contact us at cs@personage.com and we’ll do our best to rectify the issue.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! You are dealing with a 32-year-old committed, reputable and trustworthy company. We'll do our best to help you find the blends that work best for you, so that you can achieve your goals. What is your Returns Policy?

If you request a refund before your package has been shipped or your supplement has been made (usually within 24 hours) we can issue a 100% refund to your card. After that, once we receive the product(s) back, we will refund your purchase minus a shipping fee. Please do not forget to include a note with your name, email address and postal address. We will not assume responsibility nor liability for damaged Products or delivery delays/problems when provided by third party organisations.

Rewards, Referrals & Gifts

Do you have a referral program?

Yes, we do! You can log in to your account at on our website/app to find a link made just for you that you can share with friends, or by visiting the Invite Friends page in our app. The person you’re referring will be taken to a special page where they can see your unique referral code, and when they use it at checkout they’ll receive 30% off their first month. When a friend uses your code to make a purchase, you’ll receive more points. An email will be sent to you when they checkout with confirmation.

I received a Personage Referral code. How do I redeem it?

You can use the code you received by putting it into the promo code box at checkout, and you will receive 30% off your first order.

My friend ordered from Personage and forgot to use my referral code. Can I still earn credit for their referral?

Shoot us an email to cs@personage.com with the name and email address of the person who placed the order. Once we have that info, we'll be able to get this all sorted out and make sure you're getting your referral points!

Where do I find the marketplace and redeem rewards with my points?

Store credit rewards will automatically apply when the next renewal order is processed. Product rewards, including any redeemed Personage merch, will be shipped automatically with your next renewal order. You can redeem your points for rewards in the Personage app. To access the reward, select your point total at the bottom of the home screen.

How can I send someone a gift card?

At this time, all Personage Gift Cards are digital. Head over to our Gift Card page where you can purchase a gift card. You do not need to create an account to send a gift card. Your recipient will not need an account in order to redeem a gift card, so feel free to spread this super healthy gift far and wide.

Gift cards will be sent via email either at the time of purchase or a date in the future, such as a holiday or birthday. If you would like to schedule the send, simply select the date you would like your card to be received and it will be sent on the morning of via email between 9 and 12 AM EST.

How can I redeem my gift card?

If you are a new customer, you will enter your gift card code at checkout under Billing (Please note that we will need to collect your billing information as we are a monthly subscription). If you are an existing user, you can enter the gift card code here, which will automatically apply to your next order. If you have money left over on your gift card after placing your first order, it will be automatically applied to the next order.

Our gift cards expire after a year.

I have a promo code! How do I use it?

Congrats! If you have a renewal promo code, when placing your first order, there's an area for you to add your promo code right on the check-out page!

Can I use a referral code I received in addition to a promo code I saw online?

Unfortunately not. Promo codes cannot be combined.
